We love cider & juice and have for many generations.
And because we know that many people want a
non-alcoholic
alternative and variety for drinking pleasure, Schober also offers
non-alcoholic apple wine Zero, non-alcoholic apple frizzante and now new
non-alcoholic Sparkling Vermouth.
For the production, apples of the varieties Bohnapfel, Brünnerling, Erbachhofer and Idared are harvested and pressed directly in the farm's own cellar and further processed with vegan clarification. During de-alcoholization, the alcohol is evaporated under vacuum from the conventionally fermented fruit wine. This reduces the calories and preserves the fruit wine-typical aromas as best as possible.
Schober non-alcoholic fruit wines also means: fruity apple wine note, multifaceted harmony and significantly
fewer
calories.
